Brandy Wright, MBA, MPH, Leadership & Career Coach

As a leadership and career coach, Brandy Wright helps mid- to senior-level leaders grow with intention, face challenges head-on, and build careers that leave a real mark. Her secret sauce? Mixing strategy, emotional intelligence, and a strong dose of values and wellness so leaders don’t just succeed—they thrive.

With 20+ years of guiding professionals through big transitions, Brandy has seen it all: the tough choices, the exciting pivots, the moments when confidence wavers, and the times when it soars. She’s there to help leaders build skills that matter, stay grounded in what they believe, and craft a legacy they’ll be proud of.

Armed with an MPH, an MBA, a coaching certification, and the kind of insight that comes from both science and heart, Brandy makes coaching equal parts challenging and encouraging. Whether it’s one-on-one sessions, group coaching, or workshops, her goal is simple: to help leaders break through barriers, inspire their teams, and make the kind of impact that lasts far beyond their careers.

Why Coaching?

For me, coaching isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I was blessed early in life to have mentors and leaders who saw something in me, even before I saw it in myself. They challenged me, encouraged me, and poured into my growth. And that changed everything. It showed me how powerful it is when someone invests in you—not just to help you reach the next milestone, but to help you grow into the kind of leader who can turn around and pour into others.

My values of family, service, and growth are at the heart of why I coach. Family taught me the importance of legacy—of supporting one another and building something that lasts. Service shaped my belief that leadership is never just about you; it’s about the people you impact. And growth has always been my compass, pushing me to keep learning, evolving, and stretching myself—just like I challenge my clients to do.

That’s why this work means so much to me. Coaching is my way of honoring the people who invested in me and carrying that forward. I want to help leaders not just succeed, but leave their own legacy—by leading with their values, lifting others as they climb, and creating a ripple effect of impact that lasts far beyond their careers.
